Well we’re on our third block of cheese within just a few weeks of trying it! The utter disappointment on my dad’s face when he opened the fridge to find out there was no more no9 cheese was priceless. We love it grated on salads, in fajitas, chilli and in wraps! Goes with everything, doesn’t dry out in the fridge either but, saying that, it doesn’t last long enough to!

I must confess, I've never been a fervent admirer of smoked cheese. However, No9 Smoked Cheese has managed to completely alter my perspective. Crafted to perfection, its smoky essence elevates every dish it graces.

Recently, I experimented by substituting it for feta in a salad, and the results were nothing short of extraordinary. The cheese's depth of flavour added a tantalising dimension to the salad.

With such exceptional quality, I eagerly await the unveiling of future smoked cheese creations from No9.

Rich and creamy with a great smoked flavour, this cheese gets better the more you eat! Perfect to have just on its own or melted into an indulgent cauliflower cheese, this will take any dish to the next level. Hoping to have more smoked cheese varieties to try in the future but in the meantime I’ll be stocking up on this one!

Deep smoky flavour that is tasty by itself or melted on toast! I love snacking on this cheddar almost daily.
